Problem with photos

I have this problem. I can't get pictures look normal on ads. I couldn't find right settings for it. 

Also, pics quality are not good somehow.

Settings - Advanced

 

This is global size settings for all images attached to advertisment.

 

But you can set it separately for each image-hold field with 'uploads' type like this:

 

Applications - Form Editor

select model data and image field

Photos must be reloaded after new sizes setting.
